12" Wide Polypropylene Trench Drain System - Zip Trench®
The Jay R. Smith 12" wide polypropylene Zip Trench® will take you from 0-60 feet in just six sections. Designed with the contractor in mind, these prefabricated trench drains offer a less expensive, labor saving alternative to cast-in-place trench drains.
The polypropylene material is break-resistant, impermeable, and offers more chemical resistance than polyethylene used by competitors. It can also handle temperatures up to 180 degrees.
The Zip Trench drainage system allows for unparalleled flexibility with pre-sloped channels that can be run as long as needed.
This trench drain system is ideal for industrial plants, warehousing, pedestrian walkways, fire and police stations, hangars, airports, commercial and industrial driveway entrances, petrochemical processing plants, and greenhouses.

9960 Series | Trench Drain is available in twelve 118.11" (3 meters) segments starting from 7.56" (192 mm) depth to 22.56" (573 mm) depth. The twelve segments will yield 39 yards 13.32" (36 meters) at 1.07% slope. Neutral slope segments are available after the third, sixth, ninth and twelfth segments furthering the total length.
