Stainless Steel Threshold Drain - 75 GPM
This stainless steel threshold drain effectively prevents water from cascading floor to floor during a fire emergency. The ADA compliant, trench drain and heel proof grate is intended for use in front of elevators, in elevator lobbies, stairways, and similar applications to receive and drain water with flow rates up to 75 GPM. At 2" deep, it does not disturb post-tension slabs. This drain complies with California building code 403.6.1, 403.6.2, 3007.4, 3008.4, and San Francisco Fire Code, Section 511.1.4.
