3/4"-1" Inlet and Hose Connections Non-Freeze Post Hydrants
For freeze-resistant reliability in any climate, the valve casing and inlet of this corrosion-resistant bronze post hydrant are buried below the frost line. When the tamper-resistant valve is opened using the removable "t" handle key, water is channeled to the 3/4" hose connection above ground through the valve casing and protective casing guard. After use, water remaining in the pipe drains through a hole just above the valve protecting the pipe from bursting when temperatures drop below freezing.
