10" Wide High Capacity Pre-Sloped Fiberglass Trench Drain System
These 10” wide, high capacity, pre-sloped, fiberglass trench drains are ideal for industrial plants, warehousing, bottling plants, food service, and loading docks. They are durable, high strength, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant.
Trench Drain Features
- 9' long, high capacity channel
- Polyester fiberglass construction is standard; vinylester fiberglass optional for additional corrosion resistance
- Channel depth from 6.88" to 20.38"
- Duco coated welded steel frame support system with concrete anchors (one pair every 18 inches)
- Painted, fabricated steel angle in Z pattern
- Rebar/all thread elevation setting option built into frame
- Push fit frame and channel assembly
- Galvanized steel frame optional
- Wide variety of grate options (see options linked below)
- Supplied with secured load class "E" ductile iron slotted grate
- Outlets can be located anywhere along bottom of channel

- 4”, 6” and 8” bottom outlets provide a high degree of flexibility when designing the system
- Custom outlets are available upon customer request.
Grate Load Class C & E
- Heavy Duty Class C: 56,000 lbs - 1,162 psi for commercial pneumatic tire traffic patterns, forklifts, and tractor tires
- Extra Heavy Duty Class E: 135,000 lbs - 2,788 psi for commercial solid tire traffic patterns, forklifts and impacts from steel struts or metal wheels

Yes, installation brackets are welded to the frame and supplied with securing bolts.
