Universal Grease Interceptors
This universal interceptor is used in kitchens, restaurants, institutions, and all types of food processing areas where waste water contains Fats, OIls, and Greases (F.O.G.s). F.O.Gs will solidify and build up in pipes and lead to blockages, backups, pipe bursts, and overflows. This interceptor is designed to collect over 90 percent of the grease that flows into it. This interceptor may be set on floor, semi-recessed in floor or fully recessed with cover flush with finished floor. Its "Uni-lock" cover design permits fast cover removal for periodic cleaning.
