Model 8905
Rice Interceptor
This special purpose interceptor is ideal for use in restaurants and commercial kitchens that serve a significant amount of starchy foods such as rice or pasta. It features a fabricated steel with gray Duco coating, complete with stainless steel primary sediment baskets, stainless steel secondary sediment tray, spigot inlet and outlet and secured gasketed cover with lifting devices.
