Vent Cap Vandal Proof Hooded Type Counter Flashing

This roof coupling is used as a counterflashing sleeve designed to ensure watertightness where roofing membranes are terminated at a stack which protrudes through the roof. Made of Duco coated cast iron, it is installed covering the roofing membrane surrounding the stack. A caulk joint is then made between upper hub of sleeve and stack, effectively waterproofing the entire assembly.
