Square and Rectangular Frames with Secured Cover

These all aluminum floor covers provide access to cleanouts, valves, controls and other equipment and are particularly suitable for multiple installation of valves such as radiant heating balancing valves. To ease installation in concrete slabs, framing lugs are provided to attach to a wood form prior to pouring. The form can be removed after concrete sets leaving a perforated flange with keys that permanently anchors into the concrete. Two secured covers are available, fig. 4915 with hinges and fig. 4900 without hinges. We recommend the hinged cover for frequent use.
