These chrome plated bronze boxes cover flush valves concealed in wall construction while permitting their operation via handle, push button or pedal and, at the same time, allowing access from the opposite side of the wall to adjust or maintain the valve. The face-of-wall box is designed for installation in tile, masonry, or dry wall construction. This open-back box is secured to the wall with anchors, screws or nails through the holes provide in the frame. The flush-with-wall frame and cover is intended for installation in plaster or wet wall construction and is installed as the wall is built. It is fitted with adjustable anchoring lugs so that the face of the cover can be made flush with the finished wall.
