Shur-Lok Automatic Springbolt Lock Access Door

These durable access doors provide the security required in todays schools, hospitals, hotels and correctional institutions. The door and frames are fabricated of 14 gauge, galvannealed steel with a tamper resistant concealed hinge and are designed for installation in drywall, masonry and concrete walls. The door is strengthened with a 16 gauge vertical reinforcement channel. The supplied automatic spring bolt lock has a specially designed angled cam that automatically engages when the door is closed. The key can only be removed when the cam is in the locked position. Doors larger than 24” are fitted with a continuous piano hinge. The door assembly is delivered primed and ready for paint.
