Floor Access Cover with Square Frame and Secured Cover

These square nickel coated bronze covers provide access to cleanouts, valves, controls or other equipment. They are designed to withstand normal foot traffic when installed in concrete floors and surfaced areas. Two secured covers are available; fig. 4940 with hinged scoriated cover and locking device and fig. 4930 without hinges. We recommend the hinged cover for frequent use.
