Smith Adjustable Tops are cleanout covers in the Twis-to-Floor® 4000 Series, engineered to adjust flush with the finished floor both before and after the concrete pour. Compatible with 2-4" outlet ferrules, models are available for finished and unfinished floor applications in a range of cover styles and materials including nickel bronze and cast iron. Select models feature Labor Saver® pre-assembled construction for faster installation.
