Pit Style Backwater Valve

These corrosion resistant Duco coated cast iron backwater valves provide protection against the back flow of wastewater which could damage equipment. They are engineered for installation on the bottom of pit side walls where low elevation requires a vertical inlet grate and and side outlet roughing. These valves are available in sizes that accommodate 3" (75), 4" (100), 5" (125), 6" (150) and 8" (200) outlet piping. A cast iron grate protects the valve from clogging debris. The grate is removable for easy maintenance.
