270FMElectronic Trap Primer in Flush Mount Enclosure

Electronic Trap Primers deliver a timed discharge of water to the floor drain P-trap to ensure the traps maintain a water seal. Flush Mount or recessed Electronic Trap Primer mount flush with the finished wall.

Flush Mount (Recessed) Trap Primers feature:

  • A multi-port outlet assembly primes 4 to 36 traps.
  • A factory pre-set timer is programmed to discharge water to the trap every 24 hours.
  • The steel recessed mounting enclosure fits between studs, 16-inches (40.64 cm) on center.
  • An optional cover or hinged access door is available.
  • Compatible with Building Management System (BMS)
  • Consists of shut-off valve, solenoid valve, control box, atmospheric vacuum breaker and copper manifold
  • ASSE, IAPMO (UPC), and IAPMO EGS (UL 1951) Listed
  • Available in 270FM, 271FM, 272FM configurations (see figure list below)
