Ultracept Typical Installation

ULTRACEPT® installations typically involve three basic elements: a collection system for the waste water, the ULTRACEPT® unit with applicable accessories, and a discharge system. A wide array of configurations are possible.

Collection System ULTRACEPT® Discharge System

•Works with above or below ground collection tanks and provides both flow equalization and sedimentation capacity

• A supply pump should be specified for the collection tank based on application and code requirements

• Available Options:
  ◊ Supply Pumps
  ◊ High Level Alarm

• Simple above - ground installation

• 2, 3, 5, 10, 25 and 45 GPM flow capacities

• Only three simple plumbing connections:
  1 - inlet from surge pit
  2 - return drain to pit
  3 - discharge line

• Available Options:
  ◊ Heater for freeze protection
  ◊ High Level Alarm
  ◊ Oil Storage Tanks

• Gravity discharge is standard configuration

• Recycle Systems are available

• Pumped discharge system is available

• Polishing Filtration Module available for solids removal

• Adsorption Modules available for removal of oil emulsions and soluble hydrocarbons
