1) What floor cleanout would be used where it would be exposed to forklifts and maintenance vehicles?	A Fig. 4220, 4240 or 4250 series can be used for this type of application.
2) Can a NB cleanout top be supplied with a company logo engraved in cover?	Yes, a cover can be fabricated from stainless steel or bronze with the desired logo engraved in it.
3) Is there a speedi-set cleanout available with a 6" outlet?	No. speedi-set is available only in 2" - 4" sizes.
