Cover Sheet

	Click on Format - Cover Sheet. Enter necessary information and click Apply.
	Click on Printer Setup - Printer and select fax device installed on your computer. Set up the page and printing features and click OK.
	Click on Format - Include Cover Sheet.

Click on Print.
